I’m a self-relationship expert and clinician committed to helping clients learn how to master the skill of self-awareness, self-reflection, and self-love. My work focuses on targeting ineffective thoughts, emotions, behaviors, habits, and unhelpful or harmful beliefs around the self and the world. When we develop these skills we are often better equipped to face the challenges before us, whether this be mental health, relationships, academic, work and career, or overall wellbeing. I believe that self-compassion and compassion for others is the foundation of all healing. I’m passionate about the human capacities for love, hope, and resiliency, despite the adversities that befall us. Identifying, reigniting, and bolstering my client's strengths and leveraging these against stressors, obstacles, or difficult life circumstances brings meaning and purpose to my work. I am passionate about wellbeing and quality of life and how to prioritize these towards a more whole existence. I also specialize in working with professionals in the area of professionalism, work-life balance, and burnout.
